During this period, our surface cleaners can be returned for a refund even if they were used in your pool. Skim-A-Round guarantees that all Skim-A-Round owners receive at least 15 days from the purchase date or 10 full days from the delivery date (whichever is greater) to use the product and determine if they are satisfied with the results. After this trial period, the item is considered used and no longer in original condition, and is not eligible for a refund. We cannot make any exceptions to the trial period length. Items accepted for a refund must also be in original condition & packaging, including the safety packaging inserts.  

 

Your item must be in transit to the address provided in your RMA within 72 hours of RMA approval. Your RMA # must be written on the exterior of the package in order to link the package to your account. The customer will be responsible for paying the postage for returning a non-defective item.
